Jerry Rutiz has bomb Wild Surrey arugula.  It’s light in color, but supper peppery. I love it.

Picked up a bunch of sunchokes and Alex Weiser said it’s the last of the season.  This weekend, I’m going to experiment cooking them in an entirely new way, wish me luck.
